• Handling booking and contact enquiries, pre-contract steps: at your request.
• Travel services per Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism': contract performance.
• Newsletters: prior consent, withdrawable anytime.
• Site security: legitimate interest.
• Complaints under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection': legal obligation.

4. Retention

Enquiries 24 months, booking records 3 years, consent records 3 years, technical logs 6 months, unless law requires longer.

5. Sharing

Accommodation, transport and payment providers, IT hosting suppliers, and authorities where required. We never sell personal data.

7. Your rights

Request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object, or withdraw consent at contact@xyranthia.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, and on consumer matters to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
