Every Carpathian ski week is quoted per person in UAH, against a fixed night count, a room tier and a group size. Nothing is bundled into an all-inclusive figure.
Standard Mountain Rooms sit in the village centre, a 6 to 10 minute walk from the lift. Slope-side Premium Rooms are inside the resort complex, with ski storage on the ground floor and lifts within 150 m. Both tiers use the same transfer, guiding and recreation programme; only the room and its distance to the lift change.
A 30% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival, and for departures inside that window the full amount is payable at booking. Rates are subject to availability and may change until the deposit is received.
Snow and weather conditions are not guaranteed. The programme is weather-dependent: a closed lift leads first to an alternative activity, then to removal of that line from the invoice. Lift passes, equipment rental, insurance and meals outside the stated board are excluded.

Every figure on this page is per person, in UAH, and is built from the lines below. Snow and weather conditions are not guaranteed; the programme stays flexible and weather dependent.
If a lift closes or conditions are unsafe: we offer an alternative activity first. If no alternative is agreed, that line is removed from the invoice and refunded.

04 / Booking steps
Four steps, each with a named checkpoint and a stated turnaround. Nothing is charged until the itemised quote is agreed in writing.
Send resort, dates and group size. We reply within one working day with availability, the transfer window and a price band per person.
You receive a line-by-line quote in UAH per person: nights, accommodation tier, group size, transfers. Lift passes, equipment rental and insurance are listed separately as excluded.
The deposit amount and balance date are printed on the quote. The booking is held once the deposit lands, and the balance falls due 21 days before arrival.
Confirmation arrives in writing with the final programme. The evening before departure we call at 18:00 to check the programme: if a lift is closed or conditions are unsafe, we substitute an alternative activity and remove that line from the invoice.
