2. Booking and confirmation
Your booking is an offer; the contract forms on written confirmation. Pre-contract information: Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'; personal data: Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection'.
3. Total price and currency
Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include the taxes and fees listed at checkout. Card conversion uses your bank's rate; no markup is added.
4. Deposit schedule
A 30% deposit is due on confirmation and the balance 21 days before departure; late payment may trigger cancellation under section 7.
5. Inclusions and exclusions
Included: accommodation, local transport and the recreational programme on the booking page. Not included: long-distance travel, insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, optional activities (Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism').
6. Changes
Changes requested 21+ days before departure are free, subject to availability; later changes cost any price difference plus UAH 200.
7. Cancellations and refunds
30+ days: deposit refunded less 10% administration. 29–15 days: 50%. 14–7 days: 25%. Under 7 days or no-show: no refund. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
8. Weather and operational adjustments
If we cancel for weather, safety or operational reasons, choose another date or a full refund. Claims follow Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'.
9. Complaints and disputes
Email contact@xyranthia.com; we reply within 14 days (Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'). Supervisory authority: State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection; out-of-court resolution is available.
