An enquiry is not a confirmed booking; a contract arises only after written confirmation and any deposit. Enquiries are processed under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection'.

3. Prices, packages and payment

Price, accommodation, local transport and recreational programme are disclosed before booking. Deposit, due date and cancellation terms are shown before payment. Tourism follows Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism'; advertising follows Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'. Third-party conditions are identified before confirmation.

4. Disclaimers and consumer rights

Travel times and availability may change due to weather, transport or provider circumstances. Your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' are not limited.
